Tenn. Lt. Arty, Volunteers, was enrolled on the
1st day of April, 1864, at Nashville, 3 years,
and is reported: on roll for March &
April, 64, present, Same to Oct. 31/64, Nov. & Dec.
64, absent missing in action Nov 13/64, at Morristown,
Tenn. at which date & place Co. was in action.
Not borne on sub. rolls till May & June 65,
which reports him present. Mustered out with Co.
at Nashville, Tenn. Aug 1/65, a private with remark,
returned from missing in action to duty May 1/65.

November 13, 1864. conf'd at Morristown, Tenn,
date not given, also in confinement at Danville,
Va. Febry 12, 65. Brot from Danville, Va & conf'd

1865. Reported at College Green Bk's, Md. February
23d, 1865. sent to Camp Chase, Ohio, February
26, 65. No evidence of medical treatment or disability
and no further information in said records. Name

July 10/65 shows him returned from missing in action
May 1/65
