We were each formally acquainted Abijah Stewart
from his boyhood and know that he never was married
but once and that was to Sarah M. Morrison who
is yet his widow and dependant on her own labor

We also know of our knowledge that his wife had
never been married before and has not again married
and that she has not abandoned her children as
they are such his ??
We further declare that we have no interest in
said case and are not concerned in its prosecution.
