Military service: Enlisted at Mahoney Twp, Northumberland Co., PA and was a private in the PA Continental Line, Ranger Frontier. He served from 1778 to 1783. He was number 315 to sign oath of allegiance to the state of Pennsylvania on April 18, 1778.

George and Anna owned over 300 acres of land along the Mahantonga and worshipped in the Stone Valley Church. Anna was on the tax list of the Mahanoy Twp of Northumberland Co., for the last time in 1825 with 32 acres.
